How This Site Earns

The booking links on this site carry affiliate tracking. A reader clicks through, completes a reservation for a Sirmione cruise or a sunset sail, and the operator behind the listing pays a commission here. The reader's price does not move. A sunset cruise from Sirmione costs the same whether the link carries a tracking tag or not, and so does every shared tour and private charter compared on these pages. Booking directly with a captain, or walking to a ticket kiosk on the Lungolago, simply means the commission goes nowhere.

Booking commissions are the only revenue this site has. There are no display ads beside the tour comparisons, no sponsored write-ups, and no operator has paid for a flattering word anywhere on these pages. Whether a tour leaves from Peschiera, Malcesine or Lazise, its position in a comparison follows its published details, not its marketing budget. If that ever changes, this page will say so before any new arrangement starts.

Booking Lake Garda Without Us

A from-price of $13.77 for the 25-minute Sirmione cruise, or $252.47 per group for the sunset cruise, is what the listing published, nothing else. When a listing changes its price, the comparison is only as current as its source.

Twelve of the 41 tours compared here are priced per group rather than per person, and every price surface on this site says so. A private boat reading "from $509.27 per group, up to 5" is a whole-boat figure, never a seat price. Mixing up those two bases is the fastest way to misjudge value, so the basis travels with the number everywhere it appears.

The listings themselves are the authority on what a tour includes.
